WEDDING MAKEUP BOOKINGS
All Wedding makeup bookings require a $50 deposit to secure your selected date. We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP BOOKINGS
All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $50 deposit. We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Payment can be made by Direct Deposit or by Cash on the day. If you are paying by direct deposit, this needs to be done the week of your appointment and you are required to send a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org as record for payment. Cash can be paid on the day.
If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup appointment, please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your booking. If you no longer need the makeup booking your deposit will be taken as your cancellation fee.
TRAVEL AND PARKING
A Travel Fee is applied when traveling to locations more the 30 minutes outside of the central Gold Coast. This will be quoted to you at the time of your enquiry.
A parking fee may apply and will quoted to you at the time of your enquiry. This will be in circumstances where hotel parking or meter parking is the only option for where makeup services are being conducted.
Shannon Claire Makeup will always ask for your permission to take photos of makeup conducted to add to their portfolio. You absolutely have the right to decline any photographs being taken.
